How to Submit Your Artwork

Please email your art, logo, or design ideas to info@floridashirt.com. Include any files you have, regardless of their current state. If you don’t have artwork prepared, simply share your concept, and our design team will work with you to develop it.
Preferred File Formats To achieve optimal print quality, we recommend submitting your artwork in the following formats:

 ● Vector Files (Preferred): Formats such as .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS, and .PDF are ideal because they can be resized without losing quality.
● Raster Files: Formats like .JPEG, .PNG, and .TIFF are acceptable; however, they are resolution-dependent. Ensure these files are high resolution (at least 300 DPI) to prevent pixelation.

Resolution Requirements

For raster images, maintaining a high resolution is crucial:

● Minimum Resolution: Submit raster images at a minimum of 300 DPI at the desired print size to ensure clarity and detail.

Color Specifications

Accurate color representation is essential for achieving the desired outcome:

● Color Mode: Provide artwork in CMYK color mode, as this is standard for printing processes.
● Pantone Matching System (PMS): If specific colors are critical to your brand or design, please specify the PMS colors to ensure precise color matching.

Font Considerations

To maintain the integrity of your text elements:

● Convert Text to Outlines: In vector files, convert all text to outlines or curves to prevent font substitution issues. No Artwork? No Problem!
